Heather Trestrail is the CEO and Founder of Banyan Consulting Solutions™. She has over 20 years of marketing experience specializing in B2B omnichannel marketing strategy, B2C healthcare marketing, operational best practices, and building and scaling marketing teams. Heather has managed multimillion-dollar marketing budgets in a matrix organization, built marketing strategy and operational best practices for startup organizations, managed brand strategy, and led the successful launch of new products.

In her previous role, Heather was Vice President of Marketing for a tech association where she was responsible for managing three distinct business units working toward a national footprint. In her time there she launched three products, managed the creation of a new national brand, and led the creation of marketing strategy, messaging house, and sales enablement for their DE&I consulting product.

Prior to that, Heather led the marketing function at an organization providing support and process improvement services for the healthcare industry where she successfully launched a U.S. and UK marketing and sales strategy. She also led the marketing for the nonprofit and healthcare segments at a global asset manager specializing in Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) services and multi-asset investing.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay.
